My friend and brother Dr Kevin Kaplan is an exceptional Dr and great friend. I’ve known him and his family for 25 years now and used to be his Personal Trainer before College. In 1998 I predicted that one day he would probably be putting me back together and sure enough that has come true. He has done the experimental Surgery called Superior Capsular Reconstruction (SCR) on my right and left shoulders and I am pleased to say that both procedures have been very successful. I have full range of motion in both shoulders and would recommend him and this particular Rotator Surgery to anyone. He is definitely mastered the technique and I am forever grateful.
