As far as a Dr. visit, we really liked Dr. Kaplan. He was friendly and listened to our concerns and took the time to show us X-rays and explain in detail what our options were. He was patient with my Mother and answered ALL of her questions. We did not feel he pushed his way out of the office and at this point I feel confident if she has the surgery she needs that he would be receptive to all of our concerns. His credentials speak for themselves. I suspect his skills are exceptional and the bedside manner is an attribute. Would recommend him and his staff. BTW, the woman who brought us the literature on the surgery was very attentive and helpful as well.....so is Nancy, in the office, great gal!
