My advice to future leaders is to constantly challenge yourself and do not be afraid to leave you comfort zone. Every day gives you the opportunity to make a difference in our community. Setting goals, working hard to reach those goals and taking the time to appreciate the journey are key components to being a successful leader. It is not easy being a leader, but the reward for accomplishing your goals is priceless.
